Morris Group Acquires Hegman Machine Tool

(Windsor, CT) Morris Group, Inc. (www.morrisgroupinc.com) announced that it has purchased Hegman Machine Tool (www.hegmanmachinery.com) of Maple Grove, MN, an exclusive distributor of Okuma, Hardinge, Chiron, and Hydromat, and other manufacturing technology lines. The new entity, “Hegman Machinery, a Division of Morris Group, Inc.” has expanded the Morris Group’s U.S. sales and service areas to now include the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and about one-third of Wisconsin.
